2. No Refund After Service Delivery

- AI evaluation completed
- AI-generated research content delivered
- Expert review started or completed
- Certificate generated or issued
- Access to paid features unlocked
No refund will be issued.

3. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Payment was successfully made but the service was not delivered
- Technical error prevented access to the purchased service
- Duplicate payment was made for the same service
