ScaleASkill provides digital services such as AI-based research writing, evaluation, expert review, certificate generation, and software solutions. These services are delivered instantly or initiated immediately after purchase.

2. No Refund After Service Delivery


Once a service has been successfully delivered or initiated, including but not limited to:



  • AI evaluation completed

  • AI-generated research content delivered

  • Expert review started or completed

  • Certificate generated or issued

  • Access to paid features unlocked


No refund will be issued.

3. Eligible Refund Cases


Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:



  • Payment was successfully made but the service was not delivered

  • Technical error prevented access to the purchased service

  • Duplicate payment was made for the same service



All refund requests are subject to internal verification and approval.

4. Non-Refundable Cases


Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:



  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results

  • Expert feedback not meeting expectations

  • Research paper rejected due to plagiarism, duplication, or policy violations

  • Incorrect service selection by the user

  • Failure to use the purchased service

  • Delays caused by user-side issues (incorrect input, incomplete submission, etc.)

5. Cancellation Policy


Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started. This includes:



  • AI evaluation requests

  • Expert review assignments

  • Content generation processes

To request a refund, you must contact us within 3 days of the transaction.



Please include the following details:



  • Registered email address

  • Transaction ID or payment reference

  • Clear reason for refund request

7. Refund Processing Time


If your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
